Your Work Schedule:
New Home Sales is a retail business. That means we must be available when our homebuyers are available – evenings and weekends. We believe great managers are working managers, modeling and coaching along with their team. We are closed on Sundays, but you must plan to work or be available most Saturdays and weekends.
-A Typical work week is 50-55 hours.
-Meetings and events are occasionally required outside the typical work day.
