Description Caprock Cafe is an exciting restaurant concept exclusive to Lubbock, Texas. It is operated by the same management team that operates Orlando's Italian Restaurant, which is Lubbock's oldest full-service restaurant. We are privately owned, and all the owners work in the business. We treat people fairly and we don't mind working hard ourselves. We want to hire honest, friendly, enthusiastic managers who like the food service industry and know how to train, motivate, and manage others.
